Uses of Biodisc other than energizing water

• Place in refrigerator to energize all consumables for better nutrient uptake.
• Place under the pillow to get rid of back pain.
• Leave Bio Disc in a tub of water for at least 30minutes. Use it to bath. Or hold up your Bio Disc just below your shower head, let the water run through the Bio Disc before you shower in the water to improve body energy.
• Carry on the body to stop jet lag and improve energy levels
